SBA Extends Guarantee

The SBA has extended the SBA guarantee to March 28, 2010. This protects the 90% guarantee and the waiver of SBA fees for a little while longer and is estimated support another $1.8 Billions in SBA loans.  More importantly, it keeps banks a little bit more flexible in their underwriting.  See the actual SBA press release here:
